Satellite signal amplifiers are used to amplify the power level of the signal from an outdoor antenna. This is needed to outdo signal loss in coaxial cable and connector losses and any other components, such as splitters or combiners. Amplifiers enable longer cable distances between the active antenna on the roof and the receiver or GPS repeater inside the building. With the Roger-GPS GNSS signal amplifiers it is easy to extend distance from an outdoor antenna to a repeater. IP67 amplifiers (GNSS-AS-IP67, GNSS-A-IP67) are for outdoor use and IP40 amplifiers (GNSS-AS, GNSS-A) for indoor use.
